The following people can apply to the Shanghai Overseas Talent Residence Permit(B)from Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau(Shanghai Foreign Experts Bureau).Universities(BA)and higher education(degree)or special talents, people legal working or business investment in Shanghai,including:Foreign nationality of oversea students; Foreign experts and other foreign high-level professionals; Oversea students and other professionals whom hold Chinese passport with foreign permanent(long-term)residence certificate and no domestic Hukou; Professionals in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region, and other professionals in Taiwan.
